Warranty and returns

Warranty

  1. All the products available at http://scandicapeis.no/ er helt nye, fri for fysiske eller juridiske feil.
  2. The Producer grants a 10-year warranty from the moment of purchase of a stove for its reliable operation.
  3. Grate and sealing for the stove are covered with a 1-year warranty from the moment of the purchase of the stove.
  4. The warranty shall not cover heat-resistant ceramics. The application of the stove, the method of joining with the chimney as well as the terms and conditions of use must correspond with the manual.

 

Returns

  1. A Customer being a Consumer, who has concluded the Sales Contract may rescind thereof within a period of 14 days without giving any reasons.
  2. The time limits run for the rescission of the Sales Contract shall commence at the time of acquiring the Goods by the Customer or a third party of their choice, other, however, than a carrier.
  3. The representations may be submitted in a form whose template has been published by the Seller at the Online Shop Website.

 

Complaints

  1. The buyer has the right to file a complaint regarding any defects or inconsistencies in the purchased product that are discovered upon receipt or during use, as long as they were not caused by the buyer.
  2. Complaints should be submitted in writing via email to kontakt@scandicapeis.no or by mail to the seller’s registered address. The complaint must include a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase.
  3. Upon receiving the complaint, the seller will assess the claim and respond within 14 days.
  4. If the complaint is deemed valid, the seller will, at their discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.
  5. In case of a refund, the seller will return the payment using the same method the buyer used to make the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
  6. The buyer may be asked to return the defective product to the seller for further inspection, and the cost of returning the item will be covered by the seller if the complaint is justified.
